YOUR FUTURE IS BREWING HERE
Welcome to what could be the first step in an extraordinary new career!
Before taking a look at current opportunities in our business, breweries and brewpubs, you should probably know a few things about us.
A little more about us…
CBA was founded in 2008 when two pioneering craft breweries decided they’d be stronger together than apart. It was the first alliance of its kind, paving the way for a future of amazing partnerships, collaborations, and connections that make us the unique company we are today.
While it takes a certain amount of chutzpah to venture into the unknown and trailblaze your own path, we believe the real value is listening, learning, and getting stronger along the way. Whether it’s developing new brews that quench drinkers’ thirst, forging new partnerships and expanding our footprint, or checking in with our employees during ongoing town halls and webinars, we’re committed to shaping a strong future for CBA.
Health Benefits and Overall Wellness
As part of our commitment to ensuring CBA’s benefits and wellness programs are among the best in the industry, we regularly benchmark our benefit attributes -- copay, deductible, coinsurance and maximums – against other plans in the industry, state and region. And every time, we’re proud to see that our programs consistently meet or exceed the benchmarks!
We put a lot of energy into crafting our wellness initiatives, offering education, tools and resources for employees to be their best, both in and out of the workplace. We use a fun, mobile platform to engage in wellness activities including physical, mental, financial health, and more. The platform allows employees to engage with each other or even broaden their social reach outside CBA while working toward incentives and rewards. We have been named one of the Healthiest Employers in Oregon since 2014 and nationally recognized as a Top 100 Healthiest Employer since 2015!
Paid Parental Leave
As part of our BYOB (“Be Your Own Best”) approach to wellness, we offer paid parental leave to enable full-time employees to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. The flexibility this policy provides helps employees manage their transition back to work and find the right balance between bonding and supporting their career goals.
Regular full-time and part-time employees who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in CBA’s 401(k) plan as of the first payroll following their hire date. The company provides matching contributions after an employee has reached 90 days of employment.
Beer Related Privileges (Must be 21 or older)
Let’s face it, working at a beer company has some pretty unique benefits. Here at CBA, we like to call our special benefits Beer Related Privileges, or BRPs for short. Our BRPs ensure we take time to celebrate our hard work and share some of the great products our amazing brewers have developed.
